1. Who Can Request Samples?

Samples are available to:

  • Verified resellers or distributors

  • B2B buyers and contractors

  • Reviewers or influencers upon approval

2. Requesting a Sample

To request a sample, please:

  • Mention the product name and purpose of use

  • Provide shipping address and company info (if applicable)

We will confirm availability and processing time within 3–5 business days.

3. Cost and Shipping

  • Samples may be free or billed at a discounted rate

  • Shipping fees may apply depending on location

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type

4. Return & Warranty for Samples

  • Samples are non-returnable and not covered by full warranty

  • They are provided for evaluation or demonstration purposes only

5. Right to Refuse

Freexcity reserves the right to deny any sample requests without explanation.
